Appointment booking
Booked before they leave the page
No form, no redirect, no callback. The assistant offers times that are genuinely free, takes the details it needs and confirms the booking inside the same conversation that started with a question.
Heard every day
The questions that decide it
These arrive before anyone is willing to pick up the phone. Answer them in the moment and the enquiry keeps moving.
- Do you have anything on Saturday?
- What's your first available appointment?
- How long will it take?
- Can I come after work?
- Do you open on bank holidays?
- Do you take walk-ins on Saturdays?
- We do, but Saturdays fill up fast. I can hold a slot for you now. Would 10:00 or 1:30 suit you better?
- 1:30 works.
- Booked for Saturday at 1:30 pm. I've sent a confirmation to your email.Appointment created
The gap
Where enquiries leak away
- Booking forms lose people at the second field
- Callback requests turn one decision into three phone calls
- Two staff members writing in the same diary is how a slot gets sold twice
How it works here
What GetParlix does for appointment booking
Everything below is running today, answering from your own material.
Real availability, not a wish
Slots come from your working days, hours, appointment length, lead time and how far ahead you allow bookings. If you're closed, it doesn't offer the time.
It cannot double-book
The slot is locked as the booking is written. The booking flow uses deterministic code, not a model deciding what looks free. That distinction is the difference between a diary you trust and one you don't.
Natural, not a wizard
Someone can say next Thursday afternoon and get sensible options back, rather than being marched through a date picker.
The same flow, spoken
The voice agent runs the identical booking logic. Times are read out naturally and confirmed back before anything is written.
One place to manage them
Every booking appears in the dashboard with the conversation it came from, so you can see exactly what was agreed.
Confirmation by email
Both sides get an email when a booking is made. SMS and WhatsApp are not built yet, and we'd rather tell you now than let you plan around them.
FAQ
Appointment booking: common questions
From settings you control: working days, opening hours, appointment length, minimum notice, and how far ahead people can book. The assistant computes free slots from those rules and from bookings already taken.
No. The slot is locked at the moment the booking is written, so two simultaneous conversations cannot claim the same time. The booking flow is ordinary deterministic code rather than a language model choosing a slot.
No. There is no calendar integration today. Bookings live in the GetParlix dashboard and are emailed to you.
Not yet. The assistant creates bookings; your team changes them from the dashboard. A reschedule request comes through as a notification with the customer's details.
