Clinics & healthcare

The front desk that never goes to lunch

Patients ask the same questions before they ever call: what you treat, what it costs, when you're open, whether you can see them this week. GetParlix answers from your own material and takes the booking while they're still on the page.

The empty reception desk and waiting chairs of a small clinic in the evening, after the last patient has left.

Heard every day

The questions that decide it

These arrive before anyone is willing to pick up the phone. Answer them in the moment and the enquiry keeps moving.

  • Do you take my insurance?
  • How long is a first appointment?
  • What should I bring with me?
  • Do I need a referral?
  • Is there parking at the practice?
  • How much is a check-up?

  1. Do you take walk-ins on Saturdays?
  2. We do, but Saturdays fill up fast. I can hold a slot for you now. Would 10:00 or 1:30 suit you better?
  3. 1:30 works.
  4. Booked for Saturday at 1:30 pm. I've sent a confirmation to your email.Appointment created

The gap

Where enquiries leak away

  • Calls come in while your receptionist is with a patient in front of them
  • Evening and weekend enquiries go to voicemail and are gone by Monday
  • The same twenty questions about fees, referrals and preparation, every day

How it works here

What GetParlix does for clinics & healthcare

Everything below is running today, answering from your own material.

It only says what you wrote

Upload your fee schedule, treatment descriptions and practice policies. The assistant answers from those documents, so it cannot invent a price or a procedure.

Appointment requests, not phone tag

It offers times that are genuinely free according to your working hours and appointment length, and locks the slot as it books.

Every enquiry becomes a contact

When someone asks something clinical or unusual, it takes their details and emails your team rather than guessing.

Patients who would rather talk

Older patients and anyone on a phone can speak to the assistant in the browser instead of typing. Same answers, same booking flow.

FAQ

Clinics & Healthcare: common questions

No. We do not currently offer a Business Associate Agreement and you should not put protected health information into the assistant. It is intended for public-facing questions that come before a patient relationship exists, such as services, fees, hours, preparation and appointment requests.

Send us the questions you get asked most. We'll build an assistant on your own material and show you it answering them, by chat and by voice.
