Salons, spas & wellness
Answer the price question before they close the tab
Nearly every enquiry starts with how much and how long. If your site can't answer in the moment, someone else's will. GetParlix quotes from your actual price list and offers a time on the spot.

Heard every day
The questions that decide it
These arrive before anyone is willing to pick up the phone. Answer them in the moment and the enquiry keeps moving.
- How much is a full head of highlights?
- How long does a gel infill take?
- Do you do patch tests?
- Can I book with a specific stylist?
- What's your cancellation policy?
- Do you have anything this Saturday?
- Do you take walk-ins on Saturdays?
- We do, but Saturdays fill up fast. I can hold a slot for you now. Would 10:00 or 1:30 suit you better?
- 1:30 works.
- Booked for Saturday at 1:30 pm. I've sent a confirmation to your email.Appointment created
The gap
Where enquiries leak away
- Hands are busy, so nobody can pick up mid-treatment
- Instagram sends traffic at 10 pm, when the salon is shut
- Prices vary by length, stylist and add-on, so a generic answer is worse than none
How it works here
What GetParlix does for salons & spas
Everything below is running today, answering from your own material.
Your price list, quoted exactly
Upload the real price list and the assistant reads from it. Prices are checked against your source material before the answer is sent.
Booked without a phone call
Real free slots based on your opening hours and treatment length, held as they're booked so two people can't take the same time.
Spoken prices that sound right
The voice agent reads amounts the way a person says them, so ninety-nine forty-five doesn't come out as ninety-nine.
Speaks in your salon's voice
Set the tone, the things it must always mention, and the subjects it should avoid. It shouldn't sound like a call centre.
FAQ
Salons & Spas: common questions
It answers from whatever your price list actually says. If your list gives ranges or per-stylist pricing, it will explain that and offer to take details so someone can confirm. What it will not do is invent a number to sound helpful.
No. Confirmations and lead notifications go by email today. SMS and WhatsApp are not built, and we would rather say so than let you plan around something that doesn't exist.
Not yet. New bookings happen in the conversation; changes and cancellations are handled by your team from the dashboard. If a client asks to move an appointment, the assistant takes their details and notifies you.
